Part 18 — ADOPTION OF THE CALIFORNIA EXISTING BUILDING CODE

(A) The 2025 California Existing Building Code, Part 10 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, is hereby adopted and enacted as the primary Existing Building Code of the city, and made part of this code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein and shall be known as the Baldwin Park Existing Building Code.

(B) One copy of the 2025 California Existing Building Code has been filed for use and examination of the public in the Office of the City Clerk.
