SCHEDULE I. TWO HOUR PARKING RESTRICTION.
Those streets and parts of streets enumerated in this schedule are declared to be areas where no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park the vehicle in such areas between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., of any day except Sundays and holidays, for a period of time longer than two hours, unless the vehicle displays a valid city permit.
