Part 17 — ADOPTION OF THE CALIFORNIA HISTORICAL BUILDING CODE

§ 150.200 ADOPTION.

(A) The 2025 California Historical Building Code, Part 8 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, is hereby adopted and enacted as the primary Historical Building Code of the city, and made part of this code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein and shall be known as the Baldwin Park Historical Building Code.

(B) One copy of the 2025 California Historical Building Code has been filed for use and examination of the public in the Office of the City Clerk.
