Part 15 — ADOPTION OF THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY CODE

(A) The 2025 California Energy Code, Part 6 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations and the Building Energy Efficiency Standards For Residential and Nonresidential Buildings, are adopted and enacted, as the Energy Building Code of the city and made part of this code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein and shall be known as the Baldwin Park Energy Code.

(B) One copy of the 2025 California Energy Code has been filed for use and examination of the public in the Office of the City Clerk.
