Chapter 92 — ANIMAL CONTROL

(A) Subject to the provisions of §§ 92.02 and 92.03, Title Ten of the Los Angeles County Code, in effect as of the operative date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, is adopted by this reference, as the Baldwin Park animal Control Regulations.

(B) Copies of the Baldwin Park Animal Control Regulations are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the city and are available for inspection by interested members of the public.

Wherever the following words or phrases are used in Title 10, they respectively shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section.

COUNTY CLERK. The City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park.

COUNTY or COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES. The City of Baldwin Park.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained to Title 10, license fees and penalties applicable to the Baldwin Park Animal Control Regulations shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
