Part 13 — ADOPTION OF THE CALIFORNIA MECHANICAL CODE

(A) The 2025 California Mechanical Code, Part 4 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, is hereby adopted and enacted as the primary Mechanical Code of the city, and made part of this code by reference with the

same force and effect as if fully set forth herein and shall be known as the Baldwin Park Mechanical Code.

(B) One copy of each of the codes adopted by reference has been filed for use and examination of the public in the Office of the City Clerk.
