2.05.010 - Warrants.

Warrants drawn on the city treasurer may be signed by the city manager, the assistant city manager, the finance officer, the utility billing and customer relations coordinator, and such other officers as the city council may, from time to time, designate by resolution.

2.05.020 - Contracts and conveyances.

All written contracts and conveyances made or entered into by the city may be signed by the city manager, the assistant city manager, and such other officers as the city council may, from time to time, designate by resolution whenever such instruments have been approved by the city council for execution by resolution, motion, minute order or other appropriate action.

2.05.030 - Instruments requiring city seal.

All instruments requiring the city's seal may be signed by the city manager, the assistant city manager, and such other officers as the city council may, from time to time, designate by resolution whenever such instruments have been approved by the city council for execution by resolution, motion, minute order or other appropriate action.
