Wheatland Municipal Code Ch. 2.08 City Clerk

A. The clerk shall issue, under the order of the city council, or any three members thereof, notices to the councilmembers of all special meetings of the city council, and perform all the duties required of him or her by law and the ordinances of the city.

B. As compensation for all services which may be rendered to the city, both as city clerk and exofficio assessor, the city clerk shall be paid and receive the sum of one hundred seventy-five dollars per month.
