Chapter 13.28 — VERNON NATURAL GAS SYSTEM

§ 13.28.010. Title.¶
The natural gas generation, transmission and distribution system of the City of Vernon shall be referred to as the Vernon natural gas system. (Prior code § 31.1)
§ 13.28.020. General rates.¶
Any rates or change in the rates to be charged and collected for gas supplied by the Vernon natural gas system shall be set by resolution of the City Council. (Prior code § 31.2)
§ 13.28.030. Maintenance of rate schedules.¶
The City Clerk is hereby directed to keep and maintain three copies of the rate schedules applicable to the Vernon natural gas system in the office of the City Clerk, and to make them available on request for examination in said office. (Prior code § 31.3)
§ 13.28.040. Maintenance of rules.¶
The City Clerk is hereby directed to keep and maintain three copies of the rules for gas service of the Vernon natural gas system in the office of the City Clerk and to make them available on request for examination in said office.

§ 13.28.050. Adoption of rules.¶
The rules for gas service for the Vernon natural gas system shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council.
