§ 12.04.010. City Engineer defined.¶

The City Engineer shall be the Director of Public Works, or any other person appointed to perform such duties by the City Administrator. (Prior code § 22.1)

§ 12.04.020. Powers and duties.¶

The City Engineer shall also be known as the Traffic Engineer and as the Superintendent of Streets, and shall have charge and control of all the public streets, alleys and public places in the City, and shall perform such work thereon and discharge such duties in connection therewith as may be assigned by the City Administrator from time to time. (Prior code § 22.2)
