Tehama Municipal Code Ch. 2.50 Miscellaneous Administrative Fees

A. There is hereby imposed an additional fee of one dollar pursuant to Chapter 1002 of the 1980 Statutes which added Section 27361.4 to the Government Code to become effective January 1, 1981, for the filing of every instrument, paper, or notice for record, in order to defray the cost of converting the clerk and recorder's document storage system to micrographics.

B. The additional one dollar shall be deposited in a special fund for such purpose and upon completion of the conversion and payment of the conversion costs, such additional fee shall no longer be imposed.

Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 69948, the board of supervisors does hereby establish the fee for reporting testimony and proceedings in contested cases by superior court reporters at seventy-five dollars a day, or any fractional part thereof.
