2.26.010 - Creation.

There is hereby created the "Simpson Finnell Park Commission," which shall be subject to the supervision and direction of the board of supervisors of the county, to operate, conduct and manage the Simpson Finnell Park located near Paskenta, California.

2.26.020 - Membership.

The commission shall consist of five members, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors. The term of office of each commissioner shall be four years. The persons serving as members of the Simpson Finnell Park Commission on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section are continued in office as commissioners, and shall serve the balance of the terms for which they were appointed.

2.26.030 - Bylaws, conditions for termination of position and service without compensation.

A. The commission shall, subject to the approval of the board of supervisors, adopt their bylaws, rules of order and select their own officers.

B. If any member of the commission is absent from his duty as a member of the commission for more than ninety continuous days, his appointment to the commission shall terminate and the board of supervisors shall thereupon appoint a successor-member.

C. The commission shall serve without compensation.

2.26.040 - Meetings.

The commission shall hold at least one meeting in every ninety-day period.

2.26.050 - Deposit of Funds.

The commission shall deposit in the County Treasury all funds received by them in their official capacity, including without limitation funds derived from the use of park facilities and funds donated to the County for the benefit of the park.
