2.08.010 - Office created.¶
The office of conservator is created pursuant to state law and the action of the board of supervisors in designating the local public official to serve as conservator and temporary conservator. Said conservator shall serve at the pleasure of the board.

2.08.020 - Bond required.¶
The conservator shall file with the county clerk a bond in the amount of five thousand dollars to secure the faithful performance of such person's duties. Said bond shall remain in full force and effect during the period of time that the office of conservator is held and until such person completes all duties in any pending conservatorship.
