2.13.010 - Military equipment policy.

Tehama County Sheriff's Office Military Equipment Policy, attached as Exhibit A to the ordinance from which this section is derived, is approved. Such policy is incorporated as if fully stated herein.

The policy complies with California Government Code §§ 7070—7071, and the sheriff's office shall prepare and timely submit all reports required by California Government Code § 7072 to the board of supervisors.
