2.06.010 - Office created.

Pursuant to state law there is hereby created the office of the public guardian. Said guardian to be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the board of supervisors of the county.

2.06.020 - Compensation.

The compensation of the public guardian shall be fixed by the board of supervisors from time to time by resolution.
