10.76.010 Penalty for violations.¶

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title, except as otherwise specifically provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person who is convicted of a violation of this title, except as otherwise specifically provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.12 SMC. (Ord. 99-9 § 1, 1999).
