10.64.010 Shrubbery obstructing visibility of intersections.

Upon any complaint or notice, if the public works superintendent finds that any hedge, shrubbery, tree or other vegetation growing in the public right of way obstructs the view of any intersection, or any traffic upon the public streets approaching such intersection, he/she shall cause the hedge, shrubbery, tree or other vegetation to be immediately trimmed or removed. (Ord. 99-9 § 1, 1999).
