2.57.010 Court Reporter fees.¶
Pursuant to the authority set forth in Cal. Gov’t. Code § 69948, the Court Reporter fee for reporting testimony and proceedings in contested cases is $130.00 per day or any fractional part thereof. (Ord. 827, eff. 3/21/95; Ord. 779, eff. 12/5/91; Ord. 744, eff. 2/21/89; Ord. 709, eff. 3/18/86)
2.57.020 Mileage reimbursement.¶
The Court Reporter will be reimbursed for mileage incurred at the standard county reimbursement rate in effect at the time of reimbursement. (Ord. 779, eff. 12/5/91)
