2.40.010 Planning Department established.¶
Pursuant to Cal. Gov’t. Code § 65200, the Planning Department is established. (Ord. 490, eff. 3/17/77; Ord. 460, eff. 11/20/75; Prior code § 11214)
2.40.020 Planning Department composition.¶
The Planning Department shall include the following positions:
A. Director of Planning which shall be an appointive Department Head;
B. Assistant Planner;
C. Planner II;
D. Planner I;
E. Building Official;
F. Building Inspector II;
