2.32.010 Removal of books.¶
No volumes shall be removed from any portion of the law library without first signing the register maintained by the librarian. No volumes shall be removed from the courthouse without first making special arrangements with the librarian. All volumes so removed shall be returned directly to the librarian. 2.32.020 Law library civil costs.¶
Pursuant to Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 6321 and 6322, the costs to be paid by parties to civil matters in the Superior and Justice Courts shall be $7.00. Such costs are in addition to all other fees fixed by law. (Ord. 490, eff. 3/17/77; Ord. 443, eff. 3/20/75; Ord. 324, eff. 11/13/68; Prior code § 11212)
