2.52.010 Surveyor appointed by Board.¶

Pursuant to Cal. Gov’t. Code §§ 24304 and 27550, the offices and duties of Road Commissioner, County Engineer, and County Surveyor are consolidated in the office of Public Works Director, which shall be an appointive office.
