2.20.010 Delinquency Prevention Commission.¶
Pursuant to Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 535.5, the Delinquency Prevention Commission is established. The membership of this commission shall include the members of the Juvenile Justice Commission established pursuant to Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 525. 2.20.020 Approval of expenditures.¶
No county funds shall be expended by the Delinquency Prevention Commission without prior approval by the Board of Supervisors. (Ord. 490, eff. 3/17/77; Ord. 331, eff. 4/2/69; Prior code § 11206)
