§ 3.08.010. Declaration of Transfer.¶

The City Council elects to proceed under Title 4, Division 4, Chapter 1, Article 4, Sections 43090 through 43101, of the Government Code of the State of California for the assessment, computation and collection of taxes by the officials of the County respectively responsible therefor. (Ord. 60-6 §1)
