§ 2.36.010. Preparation—Fees.¶

The City has the right to contract with an individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity for the preparation of an environmental impact report or negative declaration for a proposed project. The City may charge and collect from any person proposing the project all reasonable sums incurred in the preparation of the environmental impact report or negative declaration. (Ord. 80-98 §1)
