SEC 5.35-1. LGBTQI+ ADVISORY COUNCIL.

There shall be established a LGBTQI+ Advisory Council (“Council”), which shall be an Advisory Body as defined in Administrative Code Section 5.1-1, consisting of no fewer than three and no more than 15 persons who are publicly identified with the LGBTQI+ community or who have worked closely with such community. The members of the Council shall be appointed by the Human Rights Commission (“Commission”). A quorum of the Council shall consist of a majority of the number of members appointed at the time. The Council shall provide advice and recommendations to the Commission regarding the identification and solution of problems associated with the LGBTQI+ community.
