Sec. 5.18-1. Relocation Appeals Board; Establishment; Composition; Appointment; Terms; Duties; Compensation.

Editor’s Notes: Former Ch. 5, Art. XVIII, “Graffiti Advisory Board,” comprising former Secs. 5.18-1 through 5.18-7, as established by Ord. 230-23, was repealed by Ord. 99-26, effective June 29, 2026. Former Ch. 5, Art. XVIII, “Graffiti Advisory Board,” expired on March 1, 2022 per the terms of its sunset provision, former Sec. 5.18-6, and was removed from this Code at the direction of the Office of the City Attorney. A new Graffiti Advisory Board was established pursuant to Ord. 230-23.
