15.36.410 - Final reports.¶
Upon completion of the rough grading work and at the final completion of the work, the City Engineer may require the written approvals, reports, drawings and supplements thereto specified in Subarticle 14 of the Grading Manual.

15.36.420 - Notification of completion.¶
The permittee or his or her agent shall notify the City Engineer when the grading operation is ready for final inspection. All work including installation of all drainage facilities and their protective devices and all erosion control measures must be completed in accordance with the final approved grading plan and the required reports approved by the City Engineer before final approval of the grading permit is given by the City Engineer. He or she may approve the grading work prior to completion of all work in special cases of extreme hardship and if no hazard exists and an adequate bond is posted to assure completion of all remaining work.
