17.604.900 Prohibitions.¶
It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to cause, willfully or otherwise, by action or inaction, the alteration of, environmental change to, damage to or demolition of any significant features or characteristics of a landmark or all or portion of a historic district, or other listed historic resource, or National Register resource or California Register resource, without first having obtained a proper city authorization for same.
