2.46.630 - Notices.

A. Unless the method of giving notice is otherwise specified, any notice required to be given by any provision of this chapter may be given by personal service, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

B. If personally served or if sent by registered or certified mail, such notice shall be deemed given on the date actually received.

C. If sent by first-class mail, such notice shall be deemed given on the postmarked date.

2.46.640 - Judicial review.

Any landlord, homeowner or tenant aggrieved by any decision of an administrative hearing officer in a proceeding under Article VIII of this chapter in which such landlord, homeowner or tenant is a party may seek judicial review of the decision in a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with all applicable laws.

All references in this chapter to "days" shall be deemed calendar days unless otherwise specifically stated.
