2.08.010 - Position created—Appointment—Duties.¶
There is established the position of chief licensing officer. She/he is appointed as prescribed by Section 2.04.100. The duties of the chief licensing officer may be combined with any other officer or position within the city government.

2.08.020 - Administrative authority for business licensing.¶
The chief licensing officer shall administer the requirements of Title 5.
