2.36.010 - Creation.¶
The San Bernardino County department of public health is the health department of the city.

2.36.020 - Health officer.¶
The health officer of the San Bernardino County health department is the health officer of the city.

2.36.030 - Emergency action.¶
If the city administrator determines that any emergency exists under this chapter and Title 8, he/she or his/her delegate may give the notices or take such other action as is required by the health officer.
