2.10.010 - City clerk.

The city clerk shall, before entering upon the duties of city clerk, execute to the city a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of his/her duties in a penal sum as set by resolution of the city council.

2.10.020 - City treasurer.

The city treasurer shall, before entering upon the duties of city treasurer, execute to the city a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of his/her duties in a penal sum as set by resolution of the city council.

2.10.030 - City administrator.

The city administrator shall, before entering upon the duties of city administrator, execute to the city a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of his/her duties in a penal sum as set by resolution of the city council.

2.10.040 - Director of administrative services.

The director of administrative services shall, before entering upon the duties of director of administrative services, execute to the city a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of his/her duties in a penal sum as set by resolution of the city council.

2.10.050 - All city employees.

All city employees shall, if required by state law, before entering upon the duties of city employment, execute to the city a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of their duties in the penal sum of five thousand dollars, or such greater amount as may be required by the city council.
