13.12.010 - State regulations not applicable to minor improvements.¶
The provisions of Section 65402 of the Government Code of the state shall not apply to acquisitions or abandonments for street widening or realignment projects of a minor nature.

13.12.020 - Filling driveways and curb cut areas.¶
Whenever the change of use of a property removes the need for driveways and curb cuts, it is the duty of the property owner to fill the driveway and curb cut areas to conform to adjacent sidewalk and curb improvements.

13.12.030 - Barbed wire prohibited.¶
No person shall place, use or maintain any barbed wire on any fence, or any adjunct thereof, fronting on a public lane, alley, avenue, street, highway, sidewalk, crosswalk, park or place.

13.12.040 - Discharge from water coolers.¶
No person shall cause or permit water from any water cooler existing on premises occupied by him or her to be discharged in or to flow into or on any public street or sidewalk in the city.

13.12.050 - Playing ball in streets.¶
No person shall engage in any game of ball on any street, avenue, alley, sidewalk or highway, whether by throwing, tossing, batting or kicking.

13.12.060 - Spinning tops on sidewalks.¶
No person shall spin any top having a metal peg upon any stone or cement sidewalk in the city.

13.12.070 - Wheeled devices in posted areas.¶
A. No person shall bicycle, roller skate, skateboard or use any other wheeled device propelled, in whole or in part, by human power in any public area posted against such activities or uses. The provisions of this section shall not apply to wheeled devices which are reasonably necessary to assist those with a temporary or permanent disability.
B. The provisions of subsection A of this section shall apply to private property open to the public if such property is conspicuously posted so as to give notice of the application of this section. When private property is posted, the owner shall execute, and have notarized, a "Consent to Enforcement" form which shall be kept on file at the police department.

13.12.080 - Jumping from bridges.¶
It is unlawful for any person to jump or dive from any public bridge, trestle or viaduct within the city limits.
