§ 18.23 ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS BY RESOLUTION.¶

The City Council is authorized to adopt on-site sewage disposal regulations by resolution. The resolution shall not be adopted or modified without the adoption of an environmental impact report or a negative declaration addressing the proposed regulations.
