§ 13.84 PROCESSING AGENCY DESIGNATED.¶
The agency for the processing of notice of parking violations and notice of delinquent parking violations shall be the Police Department.

§ 13.85 DESIGNATION OF CITY MANAGER AS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.¶
The City Manager shall be the authorized representative of the city to receive parking penalties for notices of parking violations and notices of delinquent parking violations issued within the city’s jurisdiction.

§ 13.86 PARKING CONTROL OFFICER.¶
Persons employed by the city in the position of parking control officer shall have the authority to issue notices of parking violations and notices to appear before the Police Department regarding the parking violations.
