§ 10-6.1301. Expiration date.

The provisions of Title 10 , Chapter 6 (Residential Growth Management Plan) shall expire on October 1, 2025. (§ 1, Ord. 769, eff. January 8, 2004, as amended by § 4, Ord. 828, eff. July 11, 2013, § 2, Ord. 922, eff. October 26, 2021, and § 156, Ord. 941, eff. November 10, 2023)
