§ 10-6.1101. Suspension of allotments. ¶
The City Council, upon a finding of emergency, may suspend or increase the assignment of allotments for a period not exceeding one year by the adoption of a resolution containing findings of the facts constituting such emergency. An extension of such suspension shall also be made by a resolution containing such findings of fact. (§ 1, Ord. 769, eff. January 8, 2004)
§ 10-6.1102. Constitutionality. ¶
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of Title 10 , Chapter 6 (Residential Growth Management Plan) is held to be unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of Title 10 , Chapter 6 (Residential Growth Management Plan).
