Sec. 6.80. - Adoption by reference.¶

(a) The Green Building Code hereinafter referred to is the California Green Building Standards Code, 2025 Edition, published by order of the California legislature.

(b) All of the mandatory provisions of said Green Building Code, including such provisions as are hereinafter added, deleted, or amended, are hereby adopted by reference and shall constitute the Green Building Code of the City of Oceanside, establishing rules and regulations covering the subjects and matters therein referred to.
