Sec. 6.8. - Adoption by reference.¶

(a) The Plumbing Code hereinafter referred to is the 2025 California Plumbing Code, published by order of the California legislature. One (1) copy of the Plumbing Code shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk.

(b) All the provisions of said Plumbing Code including those hereinafter added, deleted, or amended, are hereby adopted by reference and shall constitute the Plumbing Code of the City of Oceanside, establishing rules and regulations covering the subjects and matters therein referred to.
