Sec. 6.16. - Adoption by reference.¶

(a) The Dangerous Buildings Code hereinafter referred to is the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials. One (1) copy of the Dangerous Buildings Code shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk.

(b) All the provisions of said Dangerous Buildings Code are hereby adopted by reference and shall constitute the Dangerous Buildings Code of the City of Oceanside, establishing rules and regulations covering the subjects and matters therein referred to.
