9.2.1 Permanent water system installed;

9.2.2 Electric service entrance equipment installed;

9.2.3 Application for electric service submitted.

  1. Settlement of disputes.

Any dispute between customer or a prospective customer and city regarding the interpretation of these conditions governing extensions of wastewater collection and treatment service may, by either party, be referred to the board of public utilities for determination.

  1. Interest.

All advances made by customer to city in aid of construction shall be noninterest bearing.

  1. Extension agreements.

All line extensions requiring payment by customer shall be in writing and signed by both the customer and city.
