Customer shall install and maintain all wiring and equipment beyond the point
of delivery. Except for City’s meters and special equipment, Customer’s entire installation must conform to all applicable construction standards and safety codes, and if an inspection or permit is required by law or by City, the same must be furnished by Customer.
