Customer is responsible for the payment of bills for energy use

Under billings by City shall be billed to Customer who may be given up to one (1) year to pay if the underbilling is less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), and up to one (1) year and six (6) months to pay if underbilling is more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), without late payment penalties.
