2.20.010 - Design review board established.¶
A design review board of the town is established. The board shall consist of all the members of the planning commission. The provisions of the Moraga Municipal Code pertaining to terms of office, quorums, removals or vacancies, absences, compensation and the conducting of meetings, appointments/duties of officers, and adoption of rules for/by the board shall be the same as those prescribed for the planning commission in Chapter 2.12. Any reference throughout the Municipal Code, general plan, design guidelines or any other legislative or policy document to the "design review board" shall be read to mean the "planning commission acting in its capacity as the design review board."

2.20.020 - Qualifications.¶
Membership on the design review board should include, as practicable, an individual or individuals who have demonstrated professional experience, expertise and/or education in the fields of either architecture, landscape architecture, civil or structural engineering, or construction.

2.20.030 - Appointment and duties of design review administrator.¶
The office of design review administrator is established. The design review administrator shall be the planning director or the planning director's designee. The design review administrator shall:
A. Adopt requirements for the processing of applications;
B. Review each application as provided in Chapter 8.72;
C. Schedule items for consideration by the board in a timely fashion;
D. Keep a public record of the minutes, reports, findings, resolutions and orders of the board; and
E. Perform such other duties as the board prescribes.
