10.12.010 - Prohibited acts.

No person, firm, or corporation shall keep, store, or have in his or her or its possession in any meat market, sausage kitchen, hotel kitchen, restaurant, eating house, lunch stand, or peddling or delivery wagon, or truck, any meats, meat food product, seafood, or poultry which has:

A. Not been inspected as required by California State statutes; or

B. Become deteriorated or contaminated so as to be unfit for human consumption.
