Montebello Municipal Code Ch. 15.74 California Referenced Standards Code

Subject to certain changes and amendments hereinafter set forth in this chapter, the city council does adopt as the referenced standards regulations for the city, the California Referenced Standards Code (Title 24, California Code of Regulations), and as thereafter amended and published from time to time, by the California Building Standards Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "code"). The code provides referenced standards within the city. One copy of the code is on file in the office of the city clerk for public inspection, and the same is made a part hereof as though fully set forth in this chapter.
