14.64.010 Design and construction.¶
All street clocks, as herein defined, shall be constructed of incombustible material, including the frames, braces and supports thereof. Dials and crystals may be of glass or plastic. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
14.64.020 Limitation on permits.¶
Clocks shall not be permitted to be erected on poles placed in the public sidewalk. No person shall be permitted to erect more than one street clock as herein defined for any one place of business. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
14.64.030 Permitted advertising.¶
Only the name of the owner, proprietor or manager of the place of business erecting and maintaining such clock shall be permitted as advertising matter thereon, if any portion of the clock or its supporting structures project within the public right-of-way. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
