Montague Municipal Code Ch. 14.28 Awning and Canopy Signs

Awning signs shall be placed upon the hanging border of a lawful awning, and the advertising surface of an awning sign shall not extend above or below the hanging border of the awning. Only appurtenant signs may be placed or displayed upon awnings. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)

Canopy signs shall be placed only upon canopies which have been lawfully constructed and maintained; the advertising surface of a canopy sign shall not extend below the canopy border. Only appurtenant signs are permitted to be erected, displayed or maintained upon canopies. (Ord. 89-3 (part), 1989)
