3.02.010 - Fee delinquency penalties and replacement permit fees.

A. Unless otherwise specifically provided, if any fee required by this code or by resolution of the board of supervisors is not paid within thirty days from the date said fee is due, a penalty shall be imposed in an amount equal to ten percent of the fee. An additional penalty in an amount of ten percent of the total amount owing (including the amount of any penalties already imposed) shall accrue every thirty days that said total amount remains unpaid.

B. Should any holder of a county permit require the issuance of a replacement permit, due to loss or destruction of the original permit, they shall pay a fee for a replacement permit in an amount set by resolution of the board of supervisors, not to exceed the county's cost of replacing the permit.

3.02.020 - Fee for probation investigation and report.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other chapter of this code, Section 1203.1b of Chapter 1, Title 8, Part 2 of the Penal Code of the State of California is operative in the county of Mono.
