9.48.010 - Failure to pay.¶

It is unlawful for any person to refuse to pay the lawful fare as fixed in this chapter for any of the vehicles regulated by Chapter 5.16 after employing or hiring the same and any person so doing is guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.48.020 - Disputes as to fares.¶

All disputes as to fares shall be determined by the officer in charge of the police station. Failure to comply with such determination shall subject the offending party to a charge of a misdemeanor.
